Spanish government seeks ICRC access to Cuban political prisoners

A recent article by Pablo Bachelet of the Miami Herald suggests that the Spanish government is very much interested in the welfare of the Cuban political prisoners. Please contact the Spanish Foreign Ministry and make them aware of my uncle's case.
